If you have received the wrong product in your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Check your products when you get them home to see that everything is delivered and that the packaging is whole. If information about this is received later than 14 days, Myaroma Naturals reserves the right to refuse return.

In case a delivery is damaged/broken when you receive it, contact your delivery point immediately when you pick up the package, and make a claim to them. If you do not collect your order, you will be charged to cover our costs.


If you are going to make a complaint about a broken product, please use our contact form describing the problem. You will then receive a message from us via email where we agree or do not accept the return. Complaints about a broken product must be made within 14 days of purchase.

If you regret your purchase, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must then be unbroken and unused. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping to us.  It is important that you protect the return carefully as the product must be in new condition when it comes back to us.

Opened and/or used skin/hair care or hygiene products will not be taken back due to hygienic reasons.
